Can I book directly with the property?
Yes — and we encourage it. Each property in our collection has its own booking site. Direct booking gives you the best available rate and connects you with the people actually running the house.
What is your cancellation policy?
Each property sets its own — see the booking page of the relevant property. Generally, our policies are flexible: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival on standard rates, with stricter terms only on peak weeks.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, on request, on every property. We work with vetted local drivers — flat rates, no surge, no surprises. Arrange via the concierge after booking, or mention it in your inquiry.
Are children welcome?
Children are welcome at all four houses. Some suites accommodate up to 4 guests; larger groups can be arranged with adjoining suites. Cots and high chairs available on request.
Are pets allowed?
Pet-friendly rooms are available at Anthoula House (Sarti) and Iraklitsa House. Please mention pets at booking — there is a small additional cleaning fee.
When is the best time to visit?
Sarti and Naousa: May to early October — peak in July/August, but shoulder season (May, September, early October) gives the warmth without the crowds. Chalkida and Iraklitsa: year-round, with mild winters and quiet beach seasons.
How do I get to each property?
Sarti: 1.5 hours by car from Thessaloniki airport (SKG). Naousa: 35-min ferry from Piraeus to Paros, then 15 min by car. Iraklitsa: 25 min from Kavala airport (KVA). Chalkida: 1 hour by car from Athens airport (ATH), or 1 hour by train.
Do you provide concierge services?
Every property has a concierge — sailing charters, private chefs, wine tastings, in-house dining, day trips, photographers. The concierge writes to you a few days before arrival to plan.
Do you host weddings or private events?
Yes, on request, at all four properties. Each can host intimate weddings (up to ~40 guests) and private buy-outs. Inquire by phone or via the contact page for tailored proposals.
Is there parking?
Yes, free private parking at Sarti, Iraklitsa and Chalkida. Naousa is in a pedestrian quarter — secured public parking is a 4-minute walk; we hold spaces during high season.
What is the dress code?
There isn't one. We are quiet luxury, not formal luxury. Linen and sandals over jacket and tie.
Do you have a loyalty programme?
Returning guests receive a 10% direct rate, complimentary upgrades when available, and a welcome bottle on arrival. No card, no points — we just remember.
