A collection built one house at a time.
HolidayHomes is a small Greek hospitality group with four houses across the mainland and the Cyclades.

It started, as most good things in Greece do, with a single house. Anthoula House opened in Sarti in 2018 — twelve quiet suites set back from a blue-flag beach in Sithonia. The intention was modest: build the kind of place we'd want to stay in ourselves.
What grew around that house was unexpected. Returning guests, then their friends, then their families. Word travelled. By 2021 we had Alkistis Exclusive in Naousa. Now, with Iraklitsa and Chalkida in restoration, the collection holds four very different corners of Greece.
Four principles, one collection.
Local materials, local craftspeople, local food. The house should feel like it grew where it stands.
Restoration over construction. Hand-hewn beams, original stone, bathrooms with spring water. Time, not budget, is the luxury.
Booking direct means you speak with the people who actually run the place. No middlemen, no commission, no scripts.
Twelve suites, never two hundred. Concierge by name, not by ticket number. Discretion as a service.
Two more houses, opening 2026.
Iraklitsa, the quiet fishing village west of Kavala, opens spring 2026. Chalkida, the waterfront city on the Euripus strait an hour from Athens, follows in late 2026. Both are in restoration — original stone, contemporary finishes, the same care.
