Wellness
Wellness for us is not a treatment list. It is the way the houses work — the early sea swim, the mountain trail before lunch, the hammam ritual after dinner. Below, what each property offers, and what we add via the concierge.
Alkistis Exclusive in Naousa has the only built hammam in the collection, attached to the inner courtyard. Available for in-house use; private therapists arranged on request for traditional Cycladic-style olive-oil rituals.
Anthoula House in Sarti has the trail. Mt. Itamos rises directly behind the property, and our concierge arranges guided morning walks (90 minutes, sea views, finishing back at the house for breakfast). For active guests, a 4-hour traverse is available with a local guide.
Iraklitsa, when it opens, will offer beach yoga from the property's own waterfront and access to a small wellness room. Sunrise sea swims with a local — included.
Chalkida's restoration includes spring-water bathrooms and a small wellness room. The Pelion-school architecture lends itself to slow-living rituals: open fireplaces in winter, mountain herbal teas, hot stones used the way Pelion homes used them.
On request at any property we arrange external practitioners (yoga, breath-work, deep-tissue massage, reflexology), all sourced locally and Greek-trained.

Other experiences
Sailing
Private skippers across the collection — Diaporos, Antiparos, the Thracian Gulf. The Aegean as the locals know it.
Slow dining
Where we send guests for dinner — village tavernas, harbour-side fish, mountain mulberry tables, and chef-driven Cycladic kitchens.
Wine
Halkidiki ridge wines, Cycladic island reds, mainland Evia indigenous varieties — vineyards we send guests to taste at, slowly.
